Tekskills Inc. in Pune is seeking an RTR Associate to join a fast-paced finance team. Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. Work Mode: 5 Days WFO; Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST; Cab available within 15 km.

Experience: 4-8 years. The role requires strong Record-to-Report expertise, SAP hands-on experience and advanced MS Excel skills to support month-end close and financial reporting. CA/CMA/MBA from a reputed institute is preferred; external audit or IT services MNC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA from a reputed institute.
• 2+ years of RTR experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• External Audit / Tech or IT Services MNC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
