Qualifications

• Strong network with Company Secretaries, PCS, listed companies, and corporate clients.
• Good understanding of RTA operations, corporate actions, shareholder services, and capital market processes.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and corporate compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable RTA solutions.

• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Client Servicing teams for onboarding.
• Develop new leads through networking, referrals, events, and market research.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
