Job summary

Kumaran Systems in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned RSA Archer GRC specialist to drive platform implementations and ongoing administration. You will design and configure Archer modules for risk, compliance, third party, issues, and audit, and manage access controls for large teams.

The role requires 7–8 years of hands-on experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable GRC solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of total experience with hands-on RSA Archer GRC platform implementation.
• Experience configuring Archer modules: risk, compliance, third party, issues, and audit.
• Managing user access, roles, groups, and platform administration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and regulatory controls.
• Familiarity with ISO, NIST, SOX and other frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Archer GRC implementations across modules and regions.
• Configure applications, fields, layouts, workflows, and dashboards.
• Manage user access, roles, and security models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support migrations to Archer and provide ongoing administration.

Job description

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-8 years of total experience, with stronghands-on expertise in RSA Archer GRC platform implementation andadministration.
• Proven experience in: Configuring applications,fields, layouts, workflows, DDEs, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Implementing multiple Archer use cases/modules(e.g., Risk, Compliance, Third Party, Issues, and Audit).
• Managing user access, roles, groups, and platformadministration.
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts:
• Enterprise risk management, IT risk, compliancemanagement, policy management, vendor risk, and audit processes.
• Common control frameworks and standards (ISO,NIST, SOX, etc.).

Technical skills:

• Experience with SQL, data modeling, andquery/report optimization.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST/SOAP, web services,and data-integration methods.
• Exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell orPython) for automation is an advantage.
• Experience working with on-premises or cloudhosting environments for Archer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, andtroubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interactingwith business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• RSA Archer certifications (e.g., ArcherCertified Specialist/Professional).
• Experience in large-scale Archer implementationsor multi-region deployments.
• Background in Information Security, RiskManagement, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
• Experience working in regulated industries(e.g., BFSI, Telecom, or Healthcare).
• Familiarity with other GRC tools and the abilityto support migrations to Archer.
