Job summary

Cloudxtreme Hyderabad is seeking an experienced RPA professional to design and develop automation solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience and SQL knowledge, with UI Path expertise. Experience with Automation Anywhere and Power Automate is a plus.

You will work in fast-changing environments, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly while collaborating in agile and waterfall projects. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or in a team.

Job description

• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and developing RPA and automation solutions, with a preference for SQL knowledge.
• Certification and proven expertise in using RPA tools especially UI Path and its good to have Automation Anywhere and Power Automate experience.
• Continuously self-educates on the latest in automation and related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of multiple computing languages.
• Experienced with both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent at building and maintaining productive and long-lasting stakeholder relationships, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to achieve goals, independently resolves issues, and recognizes when and whom to elevate matters.
• Demonstrates effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and make well‑founded recommendations.
