The role focuses on delivering automation using UiPath, Alteryx, and Power Automate, driving process mapping and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, control, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within Operations, Automation, or Transformation roles.
• Prior experience in automation-led transformation of reporting or operational processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with firm-supported automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Power Automate / Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end automation projects, from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and data-driven problem solving.
• Solid project management capability with experience managing delivery timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Project Planning & Execution: create and manage project plans for automation initiatives, including milestones and timelines.
• Track delivery against automation goals, provide regular progress updates and escalate risks.

Role Overview
