Job summary

STL Digital Ltd. in Bengaluru invites an experienced RPA Support Lead Engineer to join our automation practice. You will own end-to-end UiPath support and development, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure uptime during critical bot outages.

You should have 7–10 years total IT experience, 2.5+ years UiPath, SAP GUI, and strong problem-solving skills; willing to work shifts or on-call; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of professional IT experience, with at least 2.5+ years dedicated to UiPath support or development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (ARD) or UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support and shift coverage if required.
• Interact with business stakeholders during bot outages.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support or develop UiPath automation solutions and maintain REFramework-based processes.

Technical Skills:

RPA Tool:3+ years of hands-on experiencewithUiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.

SAP Integration:Proven experience automatingSAP GUI(T-codes, data entry, report extraction). Understanding of SAP scripting and handling dynamic SAP selectors is highly critical.

AI Integrations:Familiarity with integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) or Generative AI agents into UiPath workflows, including basic prompt engineering and handling unstructured data.

Frameworks:Strong understanding ofUiPath REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework)and exception-handling mechanisms (Business vs. System exceptions).

Programming/Scripting:Basic knowledge of .NET (C# orVB.NET ), SQL queries, and handling data formats like Excel, CSV, and XML/JSON.

Support Tools:Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g.,ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).

Soft Skills & Process Knowledge:

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders during critical bot outages.

Ability to work in shifts or provide on-call support if required by the project.
