We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RPA Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-onexperience in the UiPath ecosystem to join our Process Automation team. In this role, you willbe responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robotic process automationsthat drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise inbuilding both resilient UI-based automations and robust backend API integrations using UiPath.You will play a critical role in scaling our automation footprint, managing and enhancing ourexisting bot fleet, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality automated workflows whileworking aligned with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Architect and build reliable, scalable, and secure RPAsolutions using UiPath Studio, following enterprise best practices and the RoboticEnterprise (RE) Framework.
• UI & API Automation: Develop complex workflows requiring a hybrid approach,seamlessly integrating frontend UI interactions (web, desktop, legacy systems) withbackend API calls (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) to maximize process speed and stability.
• Bot Maintenance & Enhancement: Actively monitor, maintain, and support existingbots in production environments. Identify areas for optimization, perform necessarybreak-fix resolutions, and implement continuous enhancements to improve botperformance and stability.
• Deployment & Orchestration: Manage bot deployment, scheduling, queuemanagement, and asset configuration within UiPath Orchestrator.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in RPA developmentexclusively using the UiPath platform.
• Shift Alignment: Willingness and proven ability to work UK shift timings from India.
• API Integration Expertise: Proven ability to consume and integrate web services andAPIs within UiPath workflows (using HTTP Request activities, deserializing JSON,parsing XML, and managing authentication tokens).
• UI Automation Mastery: Strong proficiency in navigating complex UI automationchallenges, including dynamic selectors, modern vs. classic design experiences,computer vision, and handling Citrix/VDI environments.
