Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Chennai is seeking an RPA Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and deploy automation solutions. The role involves working with UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, and .NET/C# scripting, plus APIs and cloud services.

Collaboration with business partners and adherence to Agile/Scrum practices are essential for delivering high-quality automations. Exposure to SQL databases, Docker, Azure or AWS, and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI

Qualifications

• A degree in any computer science course.
• Good knowledge of the RPA lifecycle and how to produce automation.
• Exposure to SQL databases
• Know how to design technical specification document for RPA Projects

Responsibilities

• The main role is to build, design, develop, and implement complex RPA systems as per the operational needs of an organization.
• Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirement using a structured change control process.
• Work with Business and Tech leads to analyze, access automation feasibility and provide suggestions/enhancements.
• Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems.
• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools.
• Ensure to follow correct procedure, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
• Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed with agreed turnaround time.

The Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team:

• Hands-on experience in RPA Development tools like UiPath, Power Automate Desktop.
• Proficient coding skills in .NET, C# scripting.
• Expertise Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Good to have skills – Python, Shell scripting, Tableau, Power BI, web/windows app development
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Constant communication with business partners to develop and deploy their ideas.
• Also, ensure that there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe and what are its requirements.
• Experience with analysis, design, and implementation of the process.
• Also, an RPA Developer must have the skills to understand business and technical requirements.
