RoleOverview

The Robotics & Coding Trainer will be responsible for delivering and supporting hands-on robotics and coding programs across schools and partner institutions.

The role involves conducting robotics product demonstrations, training and mentoring teachers, supporting students through project-based learning, and ensuring effective implementation of robotics and coding programs.

The trainer will collaborate closely with the Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance product quality, school engagement, and overall program impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools and partner institutions to conduct robotics and coding product demonstrations.
• Conduct engaging and interactive robotics and coding training sessions for school teachers.
• Implement a Train-the-Trainer model to enable teachers to independently deliver robotics and coding programs.
• Support existing school trainers in curriculum execution, classroom management, and practical activities.
• Conduct workshops and orientation sessions for teachers, principals, academic heads, and school management.
• Guide students during hands-on robotics activities, coding exercises, and project development.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to robotics kits, electronics, sensors, and coding platforms.
• Gather feedback from schools, teachers, trainers, and students to support continuous improvement of products and programs.
• Ensure effective implementation of curriculum aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board requirements and 21st-century skill frameworks.
• Coordinate with the centralized Curriculum Team to stay updated on new products, content, training methodologies, and best practices.
• Assist during robotics lab setup, product installation, school onboarding, and implementation whenever required.
• Maintain professional relationships with partner schools and provide ongoing implementation support.
• Represent Seadnxt professionally during school visits, exhibitions, workshops, and other educational events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Robotics, STEM Education, EdTech, or K-12 training is preferred.
• Knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, Python, sensors, and basic electronics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engagingmanner.
• Comfortable working with teachers, students, principals, and school management.
• Willingness to travel for school visits is mandatory.
