• Encourage students to experiment, ask questions and solve problems creatively.
• Conduct classroom activities, demonstrations and project-based learning sessions.
• Assist students in troubleshooting their projects and understanding mistakes.
• Maintain a positive, engaging and disciplined classroom environment.
• Follow the company's training curriculum and lesson plans.
• Prepare and organize required training materials, components and equipment.
• Track student participation and learning progress.
• Coordinate with schools, teachers and the STEM Matrix team when required.

Required Skills
