Job summary

SeadNXT Education seeks an experienced Robotic Trainer to lead the planning, development and execution of our robotics education products. You will turn ideas into scalable learning solutions for schools and learners.

You will collaborate with curriculum developers, hardware engineers, designers and trainers, manage timelines and roadmaps, gather feedback, and travel extensively for demos or client meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for robotics and AI learning kits, platforms, and content.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, hardware engineers, designers, and trainers to build and enhance product offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Define clear product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align stakeholders on execution.
• Gather feedback from schools, trainers, and students to drive product improvements.
• Ensure alignment with educational standards (CBSE/ICSE/state boards) and 21st-century skill frameworks.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning, pricing, and go-to- market strategies.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and product documentation.
• Track product performance and user engagement using analytics and feedback loops.
• Travel extensively for demos or any client meetings.
