Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of on-field experience in automation and robotics projects.
• CAD and 3D software proficiency (AutoCAD, PTC Creo, etc.).
• Fluent English.

• Design, integration, implementation, and support of robotic, automated, and digitally connected systems used in advanced manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and overall operational performance through automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.

This Robotics & Automation Engineer role will be a key contributor to manufacturing engineering automation initiatives. The role will work closely with senior engineers to analyze production processes, evaluate emerging automation technologies, and support the design and implementation of lean, automated production lines that help advance the energy transition.

Activities mainly contribute to the design execution of automation and robotics projects.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, integration, implementation, and support of robotic, automated, and digitally connected systems used in advanced manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Roles in this function include robotics, controls and automation, machine vision, industrial software, and IT/OT integration, with responsibility for improving safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and overall operational performance through automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• The role requires close collaboration with the Manufacturing team and vendors to ensure successful execution of projects.

Required Qualifications

• Education / Experience: Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical / Mechatronics; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ Years on field Experience into Automation and Robotics project handling and execution
• Specific knowledge CAD and 3D software (example: AutoCAD, PTC Creo..)
• Fluent English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
