Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for efficiency and reliability.
• Administer Power Automate environments through the Power Platform Admin Center and Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Monitor and maintain RPA platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align automations with business needs.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing automation solutions.

Experience & Skills Fitment

• 4-6 years of experience in RPA development, with proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and integration with other systems.
• Knowledge of administering Power Automate and Automation Anywhere platforms.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of BPM platforms, like Pega, is a strong plus.
