Job summary

Tekskills Inc. invites experienced test engineers to strengthen our backend validation, automation, and performance testing capabilities.

You will design and execute end-to-end tests, work with Robot Framework, and ensure robust delivery of microservices-based backend systems. Candidates should have 6–10 years of hands-on testing, Linux scripting, and container orchestration skills, with a focus on Java or Python and relational/noSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, Cassandra.

Role & responsibilities

Detailed JD:

• Overall Experience: 6+ years in relevant technologies
• Strong hand-on experience in Software testing of back-end applications and test automation using Robot framework.
• Working experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting.
• Experience in end-to-end test automation using Robot framework.
• Hands on experience in performance testing using industry standard tools for backend applications.
• Hands on experience in programing language like Java or Python.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
• Experience in Databases (SQL/NoSQL) like CASSANDRA, Postgres, MySQL and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of microservices Architecture and deployment.
• Knowledge of real-time data streaming and messaging solutions like Kafka.
• Experience with tools like Maven, GIT, Jenkins, JFrog.
• Knowledgeable of key networking technologies such as 5G Core, RAN, Transport, IP Routing, Ethernet, and Access Wireline Networks.
• Data collection approaches through adoption of industry standard methods and open-source capabilities and dashboards through Grafana.
• Experience with the TICK stack: Telegraf, InfluxDB, Chronograf and Kapacitor is a plus.
