Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a field-based Home Loan Sales executive in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. You will drive customer acquisition, visit customers, explain loan products, and manage relationships to ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing.

You will work to meet sales targets, expand the network of housing projects, and coordinate with credit teams for timely disbursal, while leveraging your local market knowledge and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector
• Direct customer acquisition and channel sales experience preferred; Freshers may be considered
• Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer handling and relationship-building abilities; Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The role will be responsible to drive sales and customer acquisition for home loan and mortgage products, and contribute to the organizations revenue growth through direct sourcing and strategic networking. This role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting field visits, and ensuring end-to-end loan processing with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Skills

1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector

Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region

Excellent interpersonal skills

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree required)
