Job summary

Ferrero India is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to oversee utility systems during shifts, manage the refrigeration plant and electrical equipment upkeep, and drive energy-saving initiatives across the plant.

You will monitor KPIs, implement TPM/5S, ensure regulatory compliance on electrical fronts, and lead maintenance of HVAC, substations, motors and transformers to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer with refrigeration and energy certifications.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and TPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, measure and monitor KPIs in line with SQCDME principles.
• Implement, maintain and improve Quality Master Plan for the factory.
• Lead H&S in the department and ensure regulatory compliance on electrical front.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Substations, HT/LT panels, relays, breakers, and transformers.
• Oversee operation & maintenance of all utility equipment including HVAC systems and DM plant.
• Drive energy reduction projects and predictive/ preventive maintenance.

About the Role

To be the available resource during shift and will attend to any Utility problems. (shift meetings/schedule).Will be responsible for the refrigeration Plant and electrical equipment Upkeep of the plant. 1. Energy saving up to 3% in Electricity, Water, LPG & HSD2. SKU loss less than 3%3. Upkeep the Refrigeration plant reliability to improve the plant performance 4.Taking care of the operations/maintenance of all Utility equipment including HVAC systems (cooling towers, chillers, dehumidifiers, pumps, compressors, air compressors, AHU’s, Diesel Generating sets, DM plant, Boilers LT&HT, Transformers, UPS System.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify, measure and monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle.
• Implement, maintain and improve Quality Master Plan for factory
• Actively contribute and lead H&S in respective department
• Need to complete all regulatory compliances on Electrical Front
• Full Knowledge and experience on Substations , HT/LT Panel -PCC & MCC, Calibrations of Relays, Troubleshooting of Breaker & Busbar, HT/LT Motors Staters, Transformer Maintenance , Circuit breakers (SF6,VCB,ACB,MCCB), CT/PT Maintenance, Heavy electrical Lifts , Project – Electrical supports.
• Taking care of the operations/maintenance of all Utility equipment including HVAC systems (cooling towers, chillers, dehumidifiers, pumps, compressors, air compressors, Vacuum Pump, Nitrogen plant, AHU’s,Diesel Generating sets, DM plant, Boilers,etc.
• Monitoring of Utility operations, energy reduction projects
• Carrying out of Predictive, Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance, planning & execution.
• Work as team member of the shift maintenance group & involve in the problem-solving activities in plant
• will be the available resource during shift and will attend to any Utility problems. (shift meetings/schedule)
• Full fill all legal compliances Boiler, LPG , MIDC etc..
• Taking care of the operations/maintenance of WTP & ETP
• Taking care of Hand trolleys & other lifting devices maintenance
• Roof Top Solar plant operation & maintenance
• Taking care of Spare Inventories for Technical Equipment’s & spares
• Taking care of the Fire Infrastructure for the plant.
• Knowledge on Project Management So that able to drive the project activity at the site
• Should have sufficient knowledge on SAP for daily routine as well as PM maintenance activities.

About You

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Certification of Refrigeration System
• Certificate in Energy

Experience

• 4-7 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of TPM concepts, 5S, AM.
• Implementation techniques of energy conservations
• Knowledge of line efficiency.
