Arihant Capital is seeking a detail-oriented RMS & Admin Executive to manage Risk Management System activities and provide daily administrative support. You will monitor risk parameters, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and support smooth operations.

The role requires strong MS Excel and MS Office skills, sharp analytical ability, and the capacity to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible RMS & Admin Executive to manage Risk Management System (RMS) activities along with day-to-day administrative and operational support. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring risk parameters, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

RMS / Risk Management

• Monitor daily RMS activities and ensure adherence to defined risk parameters.
• Monitor client and trading-related risk positions, margins, exposure, and limits.
• Coordinate with the dealing, operations, and other relevant teams for RMS-related requirements.
• Monitor margin shortfalls, limit breaches, and other risk-related alerts.
• Support in managing and resolving RMS-related issues on a timely basis.
• Maintain daily RMS reports, records, and MIS.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal risk policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for RMS configuration, limit updates, and client-related risk requirements.

Administration

• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to administrative functions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements.
• Manage office-related coordination and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Assist in maintaining employee/vendor/asset-related records where required.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.
• Prepare regular MIS and status reports for management.
• Support the team in other operational and administrative activities as assigned.
