Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented RMG Operations Analyst to support resource allocation, utilization tracking, workforce planning, and staffing operations. This remote role requires strong coordination, reporting, and data management skills to optimize resource use across projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining data, tracking demands, preparing MIS dashboards, and coordinating with delivery, PMO, and recruitment teams.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in Resource Management, PMO Operations, or Workforce Management.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Good analytical and data management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
