Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a Procurement job. The candidate will be responsible for assessing and analyzing data in SAP and other applications, generating reports, and handling supply chain related transactions.

• Independently assess and analyze available data in SAP and other applications to generate desired reports as per the requirement of the SCM and other Management domains
• Experience in Sales Forecast, Rolling forecast, Demand Planning, Inventory management, Inventory MBQ, ROL, Sales order Management is highly desired
• Handle Supply Chain related transactions, coordination with Sales Team, Plant Shipping, Transportation & Commercial Teams
• Gather information from Sales Team and furnish reports to the management at the set frequency
• Fleet management reports, Vehicle GPS monitoring and tracking
• Review operations on a daily basis, ensuring schedules are met and all tasks are accomplished
• Budget monitoring and deviations tracking
• Track the inbound and outbound movement of stock, FG, RM/PM
• Responsible for Vendor Management and coordination
• Develop periodic performance reports and distribute them to stakeholders
• Accountable for record keeping as well as data management

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years of experience in MIS generation, IT flow, and data management, with experience in Sales Forecast, Rolling forecast, Demand Planning, and Inventory management.

Responsibilities and Requirements
