Job summary

EY in India seeks a Manager - Product Analytics, Risk & Controls to lead analytics strategy across risk-related product processes. You will own the analytics roadmap, govern delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering and data stakeholders.

You will apply advanced SQL and mandatory Python for data analysis, validation, and prototyping, while mentoring analysts and shaping AI-enabled use cases in enterprise controls across P2P/T&E/O2C/ITOC domains.

Qualifications

• Strong product analyst or product management background with advanced SQL.
• Hands-on Python capability is mandatory for data analysis, validation and prototyping.
• Hands-on quality assurance, test planning, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, structured communication and team leadership.
• Exposure to Databricks, full stack development or AI is advantageous.

• Experience delivering analytics or AI-enabled products in SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise environments.
