Job summary

EY in India is seeking a Manager - Product Analytics, Risk & Controls to own analytics strategy for enterprise products, shaping roadmaps and governance. You will lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering and audit, drive data quality and validation, and mentor junior analysts while advancing AI-enabled analytics across P2P, T&E, O2C and IT controls.

This role requires 8–10 years of experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and the ability to communicate risks and decisions

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product analytics or product management experience.
• Proficient in SQL with strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Hands-on Python capability for data analysis and prototyping.
• Experience in QA/test planning and defect triage.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Manager - Product Analytics, Risk & Controls

Experience: 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities

• Own product analysis strategy, roadmap inputs, prioritization and delivery governance.
• Lead requirement discovery, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Guide SQL- and Python-driven analysis, data-quality validation, testing and release readiness.
• Manage business, audit, product, engineering and data stakeholders; communicate risks and decisions.
• Coach Product Analysts and drive consistent analytical and documentation standards.
• Shape analytics, automation and AI use cases across enterprise processes and controls.

Critical Skills And Experience

• Strong product analyst or product management background with advanced SQL.
• Hands-on Python capability is mandatory for data analysis, validation and prototyping.
• Hands-on quality assurance, test planning, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, structured communication and team leadership.
• Exposure to Databricks, full stack development or AI is advantageous.

Critical Domain Expertise

• Demonstrated expertise in the following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or ITOC / SOX IT controls.

Preferred

• Risk and controls or Internal Audit experience.
• Experience delivering analytics or AI-enabled products in SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise environments.
