Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze large customer data bases and draw actionable insights to inform portfolio actions.

You will examine customer transactions to detect unusual patterns, study wallet/UPI usage, and optimize policies at the customer level, including evaluating partner data to guide co-origination strategies and digital footprint analysis.

Responsibilities

• Working on huge data base pertaining to customer application or behaviour and be able to draw insight and recommend portfolio action
• Analysis of customer transactions to be able to find unusual patterns, emerging trend of using wallets or UPI that may indicate risky behaviour
• Analyse behaviour at customer level and optimize policies across products at that level
• Be able to analysis partner data to recommend strategy of partnership/co-origination program
• Be able to analyse digital footsteps to recommend portfolio actions
