Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Production & Operations Solutions Architect with 15+ years in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemicals to translate client needs into configurable technology solutions. You will drive solution delivery, shape services, and determine delivery locations and costs, while representing the offering to clients and internal teams.

The role involves solution architecture, estimation of complex systems, and collaboration with onshore SMEs, with responsibilities

Qualifications

Must have delivered global projects on business and IT transformation for Oil & Gas, Utilities, Natural resources, Industrial or Automotive clients.
Deep understanding of refining processes for planning, scheduling, operations and oil movements.
Designed and implemented MES applications for integrated manufacturing operations management systems in refineries and petrochemicals.

Responsibilities

Interpret client requirements into a technology solution based on standard offerings.
Architect, estimate and staff complex system integration projects.
Gather requirements, estimate, and provide staffing in collaboration with onshore teams and SMEs.
Generate costing/pricing inputs and create solution plans.
Obtain approvals from delivery and update relevant systems with data.
Coordinate with Talent fulfillment teams on sourcing strategy.

"Role: Production & Operations Solutions Architect"

Role Description

Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.

Key Responsibilities

An individual contributor role responsible for solution architecting and estimation of complex system integration projects in the areas of Manufacturing Operations Management, Intelligent asset management among others.

Requirements gathering, estimation and staffing working closely with onshore and SMEs.

Generating costing / pricing inputs and create solution plans.

Obtaining approvals from delivery.

Updating relevant systems with operational data.

Work with Talent fulfillment teams on the sourcing strategy.

Must Have Skills

Having delivered global projects on business and IT transformation for Oil & Gas/ Utilities / Natural resources / Industrial / Automotive clients.

Leverage a deep understanding of refining processes for planning, scheduling, operations and oil movements to assess and advise clients.

Design, build and implement MES applications for integrated manufacturing operations management systems for refineries and petrochemicals.

Work with System Integrator to provide functional expertise on IT projects for refining and petrochemical clients.

Work in a highly collaborative team environment: possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
