Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru is seeking an Automation Architect to drive end-to-end AI-powered automation solutions, leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI across client ecosystems including ERP, ITSM, CRM and cloud platforms.

You will design architectures for multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines and LLM-integrated workflows, lead technical discussions, and mentor teams on AI-led automation programs in financial services, retail, life sciences, manufacturing and AMS.

Qualifications

• Overall 7+ years of experience delivering/architecting AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI automation solutions across IT engagements.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams as Technical Lead/Solution Architect on AI-led automation programmes.
• Ability to architect multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated automation workflows.
• Design, develop and architect automation solutions using RPA/AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI platforms with ERP/ITSM/CRM/Cloud integrations.
• Industry domain exposure in Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, Aerospace/Manufacturing, or AMS.
• Understanding of Integration Architectures, Observability/AIOps, and Data/RAG Architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and internal engineering discussions for solutioning complex automation requirements.
• Provide technical solutions for POCs; plan pursuit, gather requirements, and manage Gen AI/Agentic AI automation responses.
• Coordinate work with technical teams for deployments, testing, and product enhancements; govern delivery against architecture baselines.

Automation Architect should be able to drive/design/solution end-to-end AI-powered automation solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI Technologies across client ecosystems (Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini) for External Internal Accenture stakeholders.

Must have skills

• 1. Overall 7+ years of experience in IT Industry with extensive experience in delivering/architecting AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI automation solutions across Application Maintenance / Application Development/ System Integration/Transformation engagements.
• 2. 2+ Years of experience leading teams as Technical Lead/Solution Architect on AI-led automation programmes.
• 3. Ability to understand architect multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated automation workflows leveraging modern architecture principles.
• 4. Design, develop and architect automation solutions using RPA/AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI platforms (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini), integrated with enterprise systems i.e. ERP, ITSM, CRM and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), leveraging modern delivery methods i.e. Agile, DevOps etc.
• 5. Industry domain exposure in Financial Services, Retail CPG, Life Sciences, Aerospace/Manufacturing, or Managed Services/AMS.
• 6. Understanding of Integration Architectures, Observability/AIOps Architectures (Dynatrace, Datadog, ServiceNow), and Data/RAG Architectures.

Good to Have skills

• 7. Experience in solution architecting in shaping/responding RFP RFI Pursuits, including Techno-Functional Commercial aspects of the solution.
• 8. Cloud Certification in any CSP i.e. AWS/Azure/GCP.
• 9. Prompt Engineering, AI/ML Technical Certifications, Industry SME knowledge, or Generative AI Platform certifications are good to have skills.

Key Responsibilities

• 10. Lead client conversations internal engineering discussions for solutioning complex automation requirements and reusable asset/accelerator development.
• 11. Provide technical solutions for client Proof of Concepts; plan the overall pursuit, gather requirements, execute and manage Gen AI/Agentic AI automation solutions in response to a Client Request/RFP/Delivery Optimization initiative.
• 12. Co-ordinate work with technical teams for client deployments, automation pipeline testing, and product enhancements; govern delivery against approved architecture baselines.

Professional Attributes

• 7-12 years of experience in IT industry experience in technology consulting/Application Services, system integration, outsourcing, or cloud advisory services.
• Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills, strong articulation capability, ability to influence and build relationships with clients and key stakeholders; structured, issue-based problem-solving approach.
• Ability to understand client business and technology drivers - business-IT alignment, AI/automation operating model, and sourcing model dimensions.
• In-depth expertise and prior experience; ITIL/PMP/TOGAF/Generative AI certifications preferable.

Educational Qualification: Engineering Bachelor''s degree from premier Tier-1/2 institute / Masters / Diploma in Management.
