Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic thinker to own Payoneers RFP and solutions delivery capability. You will build a modern, knowledge-driven RFP function that leverages AI and automation to scale response quality. You will also serve as a Solution & Implementation Manager on enterprise deals, building deep product and customer knowledge that directly informs RFP accuracy and responsiveness.

• Designing and evolving a scalable RFP capability through knowledge management and automation
• Acting as a hands‑on SIM when RFP volume is lower. The SIM expertise is what enables RFP excellence—knowing our solutions intimately allows you to ensure responses accurately reflect product capabilities and implementation realities

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (to be coordinated to overlap with EMEA/Global teams)

What Youll Own

Knowledge Management & RFP Strategy (Primary)

• Design and maintain a centralized knowledge management system that serves as the foundation for RFP responses
• Build automation and AI-assisted workflows to cover automated intake parsing, response drafting, versioning, knowledge management and quality gating
• Define RFP policies; ensure organization-wide understanding and adoption
• Lead continuous improvement: analyze win/loss themes, refresh content quarterly, incorporate feedback from Sales and delivery teams
• Own the accuracy of RFP responses by leveraging hands‑on SIM knowledge to ensure solution descriptions and commitments reflect delivery reality
• Partner with Sales, Product, Ops, and Compliance to maintain content quality and relevance as our solutions evolve

Solution & Implementation Management (Primary when RFP volume is lower)

• Act as Solution & Implementation Manager on assigned enterprise deals, owning scoping, design, delivery and client success
• Build and maintain deep product and customer knowledge through hands‑on implementation work
• Apply standard PS methodologies and client experience standards
• Bring implementation insights back into RFP process and knowledge base, ensuring responses reflect what we can actually deliver

Who You Are

• 5-7 years in enterprise presales, solution architecture, or technical account management
• 3-4 years leading RFP/RFI strategy and operations; passionate about knowledge management and process automation
• Demonstrated experience redesigning significant operational processes and driving organization-wide adoption
• Track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise implementations
• Ability to think systemically about workflows, automation, and tradeoffs (where automation adds value vs. where human judgment is required)
• Strong cross‑functional influence skills to drive alignment with Sales, Product, Ops, Compliance
• High fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.); demonstrated experience using or building AI agents for workflow automation
• High standards for quality and accuracy; ownership mindset; bias toward action
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to learn new technical domains quickly
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
