Axiro Semiconductor in Bengaluru invites an experienced RF Design Engineer to design and develop high-performance RF ICs for wireless systems. You will work on RF amplifiers, attenuators, and related RF circuits from design through testing and product release.

The role requires deep expertise in GaAs pHEMT/HBT or SiGe BiCOMS/SOI RF circuits, hands-on experience with ADS and Cadence, and strong knowledge of RF metrics such as S-parameters, NF, P1dB, IP3, and IMD.

Competenze

• 10-15 years of industry experience after MSEE or BSEE.
• Expert in GaAs pHEMT/HBT RF circuit design or SiGe BiCOMS/SOI RF circuit design or both.
• Solid understanding of RF circuit design and performance metrics (S-parameters, NF, P1dB, IP3, IMD, stability).
• Fluent in RFIC/MMIC design in ADS and/or Cadence environments.
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and characterization.

We are looking for an experienced RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer to design and develop -performance RF integrated circuits for wireless communication s. The candi will work on RF amplifiers, , attenuators, and RF circuits from design to testing and product release.

• Perform detailed RFIC and/or MMIC design to develop ultra-low-noise amplifiers, ly linear and efficient RF power amplifiers, attenuators, , and variable amplifiers

• Push -of-the-art designs while ing risk mitigation throughout the design phase

• Design and layout RF circuits with degree of integrity while driving design completion to schedule

• Manage and detailed technical results and proactively cross- al groups involved with the product

• Use -frequency lab equipment to execute RFIC design validation and characterization while ing product engineering through the NPI (new product introduction) process

• BSEE, MSEE or PhD preferred

• 10-15 years of industry experience after MSEE or BSEE

• Expert in GaAs pHEMT/HBT RF circuit design or SiGe BiCOMS/SOI RF circuit design or both.

• Solid understanding of RF circuit design and the performance metrics such as S-parameters, NF, P1dB, IP3, IMD, stability and etc.

• Fluent in RFIC/MMIC design in ADS and/or Cadence environments

• Familiar with the basics of biasing circuits, hands-on experience in analog circuit design (bandgap, LDO, negative voltage generators and etc.) is a plus

• Proficient in using 2.5-D electromagnetic solver (Momentum or EMX), experience in using 3-D electromagnetic solver (HFSS) is a plus

• Strong hands-on experience using RF test equipment and characterizing RF ICs
