Job summary

airtel is seeking a Rewards Analyst to conduct benchmarking, analyze market practices, and provide data-driven insights for compensation and benefits strategy. You will support salary reviews, develop salary grids, and help communicate rewards policies to leadership teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, consulting capabilities, and a solid understanding of total rewards within a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze market-leading practices and introduce them in the organization.
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Total Rewards Head based on research and data analysis.
• Support the annual salary review processes.
• Create Salary Grids and new structures by understanding the organizational context.
• Develop, manage, and deliver rewards-related training and communication for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify and implement process/policy improvements to increase effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and compensation & benefit laws.

Job description

• To exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Total Rewards Head regarding non-standard / tailored compensation & benefits packages, based on research and data analysis
• Provide insights to compensation & benefits strategy ; to provide insights and observations based on total rewards surveys and market practices analysis and recommend on related rewards policies
• To support the annual salary review processes
• Work on understanding the organizational structure & context to create relevant Salary Grids & new structures
• Support with developing, managing, and delivering rewards-related training and communication for various stakeholder and leadership teams.
• To identify and implement improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase overall effectiveness
• Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance, compensation & benefit-related laws.
