Job summary

Antal International is seeking a data-driven Rewards Consultant to manage end-to-end compensation benchmarking, annual pay review cycles, and HR metrics. This is a core Total Rewards and Analytics role—not a recruitment or basic HR operations position.

You will work directly with the Total Reward Director, senior leadership, and global compensation vendors (AON, WTW) to drive data-led reward strategies across 25+ markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel mastery and data-driven analysis are required.
• Proven experience owning the full annual pay review cycle.
• Direct experience with salary surveys (AON, WTW, Mercer) and job grading.
• Hands-on compensation analysis, SIP calculations, and global benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the complete annual pay review cycle end-to-end.
• Submit salary/benefits survey data and manage job evaluations.
• Calculate SIP payouts and commissions using advanced Excel models.
• Analyze survey outcomes to update HRIS salary levels and present to Senior Leadership and the Board Remuneration Committee.
• Deliver monthly executive HR dashboards and ensure data integrity across HR tech platforms.

Must-Have Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

• Advanced Excel Mastery: Absolute expertise in MS Excel
• Annual Pay Review Ownership: Proven experience running and executing the full annual merit and bonus cycle end-to-end.
• Benchmarking & Job Grading: Direct experience with salary survey submissions (AON, WTW, Mercer) and job grading frameworks.
• Total Rewards Core Exposure: Hands-on experience in compensation analysis, sales incentive calculations (SIP), and global benefit administration.
• Background Exclusion: This role is strictly for Core HR / Total Rewards / HR Analytics professionals. Profiles focused primarily on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or basic HR Administration will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Annual Pay Review: Lead and execute the complete annual pay review cycle—testing review tools, ensuring data hygiene, managing timelines, and driving recommendations through to executive leadership.
• Market Benchmarking & Job Grading: Submit salary/benefits survey data (AON, WTW) in requested formats and manage job evaluations.
• Incentive Calculations & Advanced Modeling: Calculate monthly Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) payouts and commissions using complex Excel models in collaboration with Commercial Finance and Sales teams.
• Compensation Analysis & Executive Decks: Analyze survey outcomes against internal pay structures to deliver actionable insights, update HRIS salary levels, and build data-driven presentations for Senior Leadership and the Board Remuneration Committee.
• HR Analytics & Data Governance: Deliver monthly executive HR dashboards and maintain data integrity across HR tech platforms (BambooHR, Focal Review, Achievers) to support global, ESG, and BGV audits.
