Job summary

Concept Consilio is seeking a skilled Revit Modeler for its Mumbai office. The role requires hands‑on experience in conceptual, schematic and detailed architectural and interior BIM modeling up to LOD 400, with 3D layouts, sections and elevations.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience, a Degree or Diploma in Civil or Architectural Drafting, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks/Enscape, and AutoCAD to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil or Architectural Draughtsman.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Enscape and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in preparation of conceptual, schematic, and detailed Architectural & Interior models with requirements in LOD 400 and 3D BIM Models, generating 2D/3D layouts, sections, and elevations.
• 3D model quantity extraction and verification.
• Making detail sheets of elements and models as per the ID scope.
• Checking as per standard requirements of the client and achieving project deadlines.
• Preparing interior furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and flooring plans.
• Preparing shop drawings for floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings, including preparing schedules and details as per the ID scope.
• Clash detection in Navisworks / Enscape.
• Parametric family creation and customizing library families to facilitate faster execution.
• Computer skills: Revit, Navisworks or Enscape, AutoCAD.
