Job summary

Conserve Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Piping Designer to develop equipment and piping layouts from 3D models using Revit/Plant 3D. You will guide 3D modelers on single-line routing for equipment layouts and ensure timely submittals.

You will participate in 3D model reviews, apply ASME B31.3/B31.1 codes, perform pipe support calculations, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across regions to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience producing equipment & piping layouts from 3D models (Plant 3D or Revit).
Able to guide 3D modelers on single-line pipe routing for equipment layout.
Knowledge of ASME B31.3 & B31.1 codes in piping projects.
Participate in 3D model reviews and identify routing flexibility and clashes.

Responsibilities

Guide 3D Modelers on single line pipe routing and equipment layout to meet schedule.
Participate in 3D model reviews from concept to completion.
Perform pipe support span length calculations and review 3D model.
Coordinate with mechanical, piping, and E&I teams across regions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Able to produce Equipment & Piping, Piping Support Layout, Isometrics & Material Take-off from Software like Plant 3D, Revit etc.
Able to guide 3D Modeler on Single line pipe routing for Equipment Layout, Support marking, Support detailing, Isometric drawings to meet project schedule and submittal requirement.
Knowledge on ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code / B31.1 Power Piping Code.
Participate in 3D model reviews from concept to completion and know concepts of flexibility in pipe routing. Perform Pipe support span length calculation and review 3D Model.
Coordinating complicated work with professional engineer in various regions, cross functional disciplines like Project Engineering/Mechanical Design/Piping/E&I Engineering.
Proficient to guide 3D Modelers, PFD/PID Review, Equipment Layout/Single Line Pipe Routing design, 2D drawings extraction- Isometrics/Piping & Pipe Support Layout, Bill of Quantity, Support spacing (Metallic & Non-Metallic lines), identifying clashes & resolving the same.
