Job summary

Augusta Infotech is seeking a document review associate in Bengaluru to support litigation discovery projects. The role requires 1–5 years of document review experience, a law degree, and familiarity with Relativity, Brainspace, or Blackout.

You will manage complex review workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain high accuracy while meeting timelines and client expectations. Team collaboration and independent work are both important in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a document review attorney with a review provider or law firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.
• Experience in document review for complex financial services and pharmaceutical clients preferred.
• Ability to execute complex review workflows while adhering to accuracy targets, project timelines and budget parameters.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and objectives.
• Strong written and oral communication, careful attention to detail, and general technical aptitude.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency as an end user in Relativity, Brainspace, Blackout or comparable platforms.
• Experience implementing matter-tailored quality control measures across a variety of discovery matters.
