Bridge AI works with enterprise companies, from the Fortune 500 to the Fortune 2000. As we grow, we’re building a marketing and revenue engine to match: one that reaches the right enterprise buyers, earns their attention with work worth reading, and brings Sales into conversations that are ready to move forward.
This role is the heart of that engine. You’ll own both our marketing presence (social, website, brand) and the revenue programs (outbound, nurture, campaigns) that turn it into meetings and pipeline, working closely with the Founder and the sales team. It’s a chance to build a function from the ground up at a company that works with some of the biggest names in enterprise, and to see your work show up in real revenue.
What you’ll own
Finding the right accounts
- Build and refine our ICP, segmentation and account tiers for a B2B enterprise motion
- Run prospecting, enrichment and account research with Apollo and Clay
- Identify the buying committee at target accounts (champions, economic buyers, technical evaluators) and the triggers that signal intent
- Keep target account lists clean, current and prioritised together with Sales
Reaching them
- Design and run email sequences, nurture emailers and personalised outbound
- Run inbound and outbound side by side, so each feeds the other
- Plan and launch campaigns that drive leads and meetings, from the idea to the live send
- Write copy that sounds like a person, not a template, and test subject lines, offers and angles
- Keep deliverability healthy: domains, warm-up, list hygiene and sending limits
Owning our marketing footprint
- Manage our social channels (primarily LinkedIn) with content that builds credibility with enterprise buyers, including founder-led content
- Own the website: messaging, landing pages, conversion paths and basic SEO hygiene
- Create the sales collateral that moves deals forward: one-pagers, case studies, decks and follow-up content
- Keep brand and messaging consistent across every touchpoint
Proving what works
- Track every campaign through replies, meetings and pipeline, not just opens and clicks
- Set up and maintain reporting in the CRM so the Founder and Sales can see what is working
- Run regular reviews: double down on what works, cut what does not
- Own lead quality definitions and the marketing-to-sales handoff
Working with the people who close
- Work with Sales and the Founder to drive qualified pipeline
- Sit in on calls and turn real conversations and objections into messaging, content and campaigns
- Close the loop on every lead you pass over: what happened, and what that tells you about targeting
What a typical week looks like
- Review last week’s campaign numbers (replies, meetings, pipeline) and decide what to change
- Build or refresh an account list, enrich it in Clay, and load a new sequence
- Write and ship at least one piece of content for LinkedIn or the website
- Sync with Sales on lead quality, active deals and what prospects are asking
- Run a small experiment on messaging, targeting or channel and log the result
Metrics you’ll be measured on
- Qualified meetings booked from marketing-sourced and marketing-assisted activity
- Pipeline created and influenced
- Reply rate and meeting conversion rate across outbound sequences
- Quality of leads handed to Sales, as rated by Sales
- Website conversion and the growth of an engaged audience on LinkedIn
Tools you’ll work with
- Apollo and Clay for prospecting, enrichment and research
- An email sequencing tool and a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- LinkedIn, our website CMS and basic analytics
- AI tools to speed up research, drafting and personalisation, with you keeping the judgement
You’re probably our person if you
- Have 2-3 years in B2B growth, revenue marketing, demand gen, GTM or something next door
- Would rather build and ship than talk about it
- Care where the revenue actually comes from
- Are hands-on, curious and comfortable with ambiguity
- Genuinely want to understand how marketing turns into revenue
- Write clearly and can turn a rough idea into a live campaign without a long approval chain
- Are comfortable with numbers: you can read a funnel, spot where it leaks and explain why
- Work well independently in a remote setup, with clear written communication
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI or enterprise tech
- Hands-on with Apollo, Clay, a CRM and an email sequencing tool
- Experience selling into or marketing to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles
- Comfort with basic analytics and attribution
- Gabagool (optional, but noted)
Who you’ll work with
- The Founder, who you report to and who stays close to go-to-market
- The sales team, your closest partner and your most important source of feedback
- Product and engineering, for product context, launches and proof points
What you’ll get
- Direct access to the Founder and real ownership of a function, not a slice of one
- A seat in the room where pipeline gets built and closed
- Freedom to test ideas quickly, with a short path from idea to live
- Fully remote work at an AI company
- Compensation at market value, based on your experience and the scope you take on
