Job summary

Surbana Jurong India is seeking a Land & Revenue Analyst to review revenue and land records for project areas, coordinate with Revenue Department, Collectorate, Municipal Corporation and other authorities. You will verify ownership, boundaries, land use, maps, and schedules, identify discrepancies, assist in land acquisition and transfers, and support mapping with GIS teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse revenue and land records related to the project area.
• Coordinate with Revenue Department, Collectorate, Municipal Corporation and other government authorities for land-related matters.
• Verify ownership, title, boundaries, land use and classification of properties/land parcels.
• Review and interpret land records such as 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation records, cadastral maps and other revenue documents .
• Identify discrepancies in land records and support their resolution in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Assist in land acquisition, transfer, regularisation and other land-related processes, wherever required.
• Coordinate with survey/GIS teams for verification and mapping of land parcels and boundaries.
• Support preparation and updating of land schedules, ownership databases and land inventories.
• Assist in identifying encroachments, disputed properties and other land-related constraints affecting project implementation.
• Facilitate documentation and follow-up for permissions, NOCs, land transfers and statutory approvals.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all land and revenue-related activities.
• Provide technical support and inputs to the project team on land and revenue matters.
• Prepare periodic reports and status updates on land records, ownership, acquisition and other related issues.
