Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Morocco to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop the team. You will oversee daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and engage with the community to strengthen partnerships.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a focus on results, with responsibilities including protecting assets and providing an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Retail management experience is preferred
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
