Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills; ability to meet targets and convert interest into purchases.
• Solid Product Knowledge to describe features, fits, and styling options of apparel and accessories.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and resolve concerns.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and handling cash or digital payments; English communication is essential; Kannada/Malayalam knowledge is advantageous.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based at our store in Bengaluru. The Retail Salesperson will greet customers, understand their preferences, and recommend outfits and accessories that align with their style and budget. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the store is clean and organized, processing sales transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and updating inventory on the sales floor. The role also involves learning product features, staying informed about new arrivals and promotions, and providing attentive, personalized service to build repeat customer relationships. The Retail Salesperson will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold Statement Apparels’ standards of customer experience.
