Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants in Faridabad district is seeking a motivated retail sales professional to manage counter, showroom and retail sales targets. You will build strong customer relationships with clear communication, promote ongoing promotions for footwear and apparel, and maintain product knowledge to advise customers effectively.

The role requires independence, timely task completion, and a focus on achieving sales KPIs such as AOV and CAC.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (footwear & apparel industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
