LENSKART is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Work from Store) for locations across Kolkata, including North, Central and South areas. Training will be conducted at the Lenskart Academy Gurgaon, preparing you for store-level customer interactions.

The role requires Graduation and 1-2 years of retail store sales experience, with a CTC of 2.25–2.50 LPA and in-hand pay of 15–18k, plus incentives and benefits. Training starts before joining the stores.
