Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Retail Merchandising in Chennai to lead merchandise planning, stock allocation and replenishment across multiple stores. You will optimize inventory, monitor stock ageing, and drive sell-through of slow-moving products.

The role requires 3–7 years in retail merchandising, strong MS Excel and ERP/Retail Management Systems skills, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil. Bachelor's in Fashion/ Retail, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of merchandise planning, inventory management and allocation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Retail Management Systems.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
