Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stewards and service staff within the assigned section.

• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when required.
• Conduct regular table checks and ensure compliance with service SOPs.
• Guide and train service staff on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall floor presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, section-wise stock checks, and operational checklists.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and service procedures.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team.
