Factory Resetting & Channel Lead

Bavla, Ahmedabad (Situated 30‑35km on Rajkot highway from Ahmedabad)

To lead and drive end‑to‑end channel performance by integrating resetting excellence & lean manufacturing, ensuring optimised utilisation of people, machines, materials, and processes to deliver superior results. The role is accountable for enabling high‑mix flexible production, improving changeover efficiency, throughput, and cost competitiveness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and Industry 4.0‑driven smart manufacturing.
Graduate mechanical engineer with 8 to 15 years of experience in the engineering/automotive industry.
Strong technical expertise in Hard Turning, Grinding & Super Finishing Operations, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Resetting Excellence (SMED).
Proven problem‑solving ability using RCA, A3, structured methodologies and industry 4.0 digital manufacturing practices.
Demonstrated people leadership, team development, cross‑functional collaboration, and value stream optimisation.
