Job summary

Hilton Bengaluru is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage hotel reservations, build strong guest relations, and support front office operations. You will work with the Reservations, Groups, and other departments to ensure smooth processes and high guest satisfaction.

The role requires proficiency in hotel systems (OnQ, Delphi) and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and a proactive, guest-centric approach. Previous hospitality experience is advantageous.
