Job summary

Inizio Ignite's Research Partnership team is seeking a Research Manager to drive multiple quantitative healthcare studies from the new hub. You will work with senior leaders to ensure rigorous outputs, accurate analyses, and timely client-ready deliverables.

The role requires 6+ years of market research experience in healthcare, strong data skills (Excel/SPSS), and a collaborative, proactive mindset to coach juniors and support fieldwork.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of market research experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects and ensure timely outputs.
• Write and refine questionnaires with input from senior team members.
• Conduct analysis, review data tables, code open-end responses, and support table specs.
• Assist in preparing client deliverables and draft report templates in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with project management teams to support fieldwork and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide regular progress updates to the manager and contribute to findings discussions.
• Assist in coaching junior team members where appropriate.

Role Overview

The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in the new hub, reporting to an Associate Director.

What You'll Be Doing

• Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard.
• You will write and refine questionnaires, with input from senior team members, ensuring alignment with research objectives.
• You will be responsible for conducting analysis, including reviewing data tables, coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications, ensuring outputs are accurate and robust.
• You will contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports.
• You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• You will provide regular updates to your manager on project progress and will begin to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications.
• You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of experience in market research with healthcare experience.
• Appreciation of marketing / client side issues
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines
• High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS
