Role Overview
The Associate Director will co‑manage the Research Partnership hub, reporting to a Director. You will be part of a collaborative global team, working alongside experienced researchers and contributing to the delivery of high‑quality research across a range of projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee project teams and the delivery of quantitative research projects, ensuring high‑quality outputs across all stages of the research process.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients on day‑to‑day project delivery, ensuring their needs are met, while escalating and aligning with the Project Lead where appropriate.
- Shape the research approach, including input into project scope and questionnaire design (and directly contributing to writing questionnaires where required), ensuring alignment with client objectives and business questions.
- Oversee the analysis and reporting process, while also contributing hands‑on where needed, ensuring deliverables are clear, insight‑led and delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Co‑lead and develop the India‑based research team, with responsibility for performance management, personal development, training and recruitment, ensuring high levels of engagement.
- Ensure the quality of the work completed by the team you manage, setting clear expectations for quality and consistency and providing feedback and coaching to ensure the team delivers to the required standards.
- Write proposals, identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to revenue generation.
- Help shape team strategy and ways of working, ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives and best practices.
What you’ll need
- At least 9 years of experience in market research, including within the healthcare industry.
- Significant experience in leading projects and client management.
- A desire to progress your business development skills, with the ultimate aim of generating your own clients.
