Job summary

Inizio Ignite, in collaboration with Putnam, seeks an Associate Manager with life sciences background to drive research projects and knowledge transfer. You will lead planning, quality controls, and delivery while shaping new product ideas with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in advisory or pharmaceutical settings, a relevant graduate degree, and advanced credentials (Pharm/M.Pharm or MBA/MBBS/MD/PhD).

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in similar/allied role in Advisory organization or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Graduate/Post-graduate with a management degree from a reputed institute.
• Pharm/M. Pharm, MBA/MBBS /MD or PhD (Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Life Sciences), preferably from a premier institute.

Responsibilities

• Research Management: Project management (planning and tracking for efficient delivery), quality management (adherence to research process), and report execution.
• Knowledge Management: transfer knowledge/project learnings to the functional group/organization.

Role Overview

Putnam are seeking an experienced Associate Manager with existing life sciences experience and, where possible, deep domain expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

Primary Responsibility

• Research Management: Project management (planning and tracking for efficient delivery), quality management (ensuring adherence to research process and protocols), and report execution
• Knowledge Management: transfer knowledge/project learnings to the functional group/organization
• New Product Development/ Existing product enhancement : Generate new product ideas

Key Requirements: Skills and Expertise

• Technically strong with orientation for commercial considerations or vice-versa - should possess strong logical and analytical acumen
• Independent handling and efficient delivery of the project(s) including engagement with internal and external stakeholders
• Take lead in resource development through trainings (including on the job training) and development/up-update of framework or protocols for strategic analysis
