The position requires coordinating with research staff, vendors and administration, maintaining GLP/GMP documentation, and supervising SOPs, audits and quality reviews to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc., M.Tech, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field.
• Prior laboratory management or research laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations and workflow scheduling.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, safety, and biosafety standards.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, reagents, consumables, glassware, and lab supplies.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor follow-ups, and stock records.
• Ensure equipment calibration, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and usage logs.
• Maintain SOPs, laboratory registers, sample records, and compliance documentation.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality review activities.
• Coordinate with research staff, technicians, interns, vendors, and administration.
