We are seeking a motivated Junior Chemist to join our Agro R&D team. The candidate will support research and development activities focused on agrochemical synthesis, formulation, and process development, contributing to innovative and sustainable solutions for the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments related to synthesis, purification, and characterization of agrochemical intermediates and actives.
• Perform reaction monitoring, analysis, and documentation of experimental results.
• Assist in scaling up lab processes to pilot level under senior supervision.
• Work with analytical teams to characterize compounds using NMR, HPLC, GC, LC-MS, etc.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety protocols, GLP, and EHS guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams to transfer learnings.

Key Skills
