Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam invites applications for 1 Research Associate (Data Science) position at the Interdisciplinary Decision Sciences & Analytics Lab (IDeAL) on a fixed-term contract basis. The consolidated monthly pay is ₹40,000/- with health insurance coverage. Candidates with BE/B.Tech/M.Sc in relevant fields and matching skills may apply online by 30th October 2026.

Eligibility: BE / B.Tech or M.Sc. in Mathematics or Computer Science from a recognised university/institution with a minimum of one year of experience in applied or quantitative research, analytics, mathematical modelling or software development (fresh candidates may be considered if they have done good projects during their bachelors). Desirable qualifications include M.Tech / MS / MCA or higher qualification in Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science or closely related discipline.
