Guidepoint is building the Centre for Expert Acquisition in Gurugram to proactively recruit senior industry professionals for private markets. This in-office role operates on US hours, emphasizing heavy outbound outreach and high-visibility impact in a new team.
You will recruit executives, operators, customers, investors, and experts, while working with internal stakeholders to align with sector priorities. Strong English, a degree, and willingness to night-shift are essential.

Shift: US Hours (approx. 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
Guidepoint is launching a centralized Centre for Expert Acquisition (CEA) team to build and scale expert coverage across priority sectors, particularly within Private Markets.
This team will operate differently from traditional recruiting. Instead of reacting to individual client requests, the CEA team builds proactive, programmatic pipelines - mapping markets, identifying priority companies and personas, and continuously recruiting high-value experts aligned to Guidepoint's long-term strategy.
This is a high-execution, outbound role with significant time spent on phone-based outreach and engagement with senior industry professionals.
The role is fully in-office during US hours and is part of a new, high-visibility team being built from the ground up.
