Job summary

Guidepoint seeks an energetic professional to support its Insights product, coordinating teleconferences, surveys, and events for institutional clients. You will recruit and screen experts, manage call logistics, and ensure timely, accurate information delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in pre-sales or client service, and strong English communication skills. EMEA hours require flexibility; Mumbai office is central.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Insights team to execute teleconferences across multiple sectors.

• Recruit new Advisors via phone, LinkedIn, and outreach tools.
• Screen experts for subject knowledge and verify credentials.
• Schedule and manage logistics for calls with experts.
• Maintain high-quality client service and timely communications.

Overview

The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Insights team to execute teleconferences that will cover a wide range of sectors including tech/media/telecom, consumer, industrials/materials/energy, healthcare and financials
• Proactively monitor pipeline of upcoming call topics so experts can be identified or selected 1-2 weeks before scheduled call date
• Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network and communicate with potential experts to answer questions or discuss/verify their credentials
• Recruit new advisors to join the Guidepoint network, using a variety of outreach tools and resources provided. Communicate with potential experts via phone to answer questions or discuss/verify their credentials
• Develop effective screening criteria for experts to test knowledge of subject matter; Review responses to screening questions from experts to gauge sufficient knowledge of subject matter
• Finalize scheduling and call logistics details directly with experts

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic record is required
• 1-2 years of work experience in pre-sales/ sales/ client service/ customer support/ BPO/ lead generation
• Prior experience in cold calling and sending cold emails, generating leads would be great
• Ability to work flexibly on EMEA overlap hours
• Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated written and verbal abilities in English
• Proactive, result-driven, initiative and ability to go the extra mile
• Able to deliver excellent service to clients and surpass their expectations within tight timelines
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere but also independently
• Desire to learn about the business and to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
