Job summary

Lambda Therapeutic Research in Ahmedabad seeks a bioanalytical scientist to develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods in biological matrices and to analyze samples across several projects.

You will handle LC-MS/MS operations, ensure instrument calibration and SOP documentation, and uphold GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 alongside OECD GLP principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate bioanalytical method in biological matrix using LC-MS/MS.
• Analyse biological samples of allotted projects.
• Handling and operations of LC-MS/MS and ensuring the calibration of the same.
• Prepare and review Draft SOPs, Method SOPs.
• Ensure effective implementation of GLP and 21CFR Part 11 by checking of instrument labels, completeness of logbooks of equipments and instruments and ensuring the instrument calibrations are done before due date.
• Work as per OECD GLP principles
